Crystal Palace have been linked with a summer swoop for the in-demand Udinese midfielder Seko Fofana. The 24-year-old Ivory Coast international is not short of potential suitors as he has already been liked with Premier League rivals Newcastle United along with Italian Serie A trio AC Milan, Napoli and Torino.

Fofana, who joined Udinese from Manchester City’s youth set-up in summer 2016, scored two goals and provided four assists in 32 appearances across all competitions last season. The box-to-box central midfield man, who spent the majority of the 2014-15 Championship season on loan with Fulham, is not believed to be available for transfer this summer although it is thought Udinese could be tempted by a sizeable bid from any interested party.
