Sean Dyche says everything is coming together for Burnley as they look to maintain their good form away at Brighton on Saturday.
The Clarets grabbed a late point at home to Southampton last time out to extend their unbeaten run in the Premier League to six matches and a win at the AMEX Stadium this weekend would be a survival boost.
Despite the upturn in form, Burnley are only one place and two points above the relegation zone and they could find themselves in the bottom three if other results go against them.
However, Dyche is remaining bullish about the club’s chances of survival and believes the performances of late have been very promising. “It all has to come together at some point and I’m very pleased that the signs are strong at the moment,” he told the club’s official website.
“Six games unbeaten in the Premier League is not easy and the mentality of those performances has been key. “It shows there is a strength to us, which we’ve always had, but now it’s coming back and you can sense it.
People are going the extra inches that count and sometimes it’s hard to define what makes that work, or not work. “I’m pleased to say though that at the moment the players are showing strong signs of that mentality.”
