Kyle Walker has completed his loan move to AC Milan with the Serie A giants having an option to buy the defender for £4.2million this summer.
Milan announced the signing in a statement on their website on Friday.
“AC Milan is pleased to announce the loan signing of Kyle Andrew Walker from Manchester City FC, with an option to buy.
“Kyle was born on 28 May 1990, in Sheffield, England. He started his career at Sheffield United and then joined Tottenham Hotspur, making his Premier League debut in March 2010. In the summer of 2017, he moved to Manchester City.
“During his time there, he played 319 matches and won 17 trophies. This includes six Premier League titles and one Champions League trophy in 2023.
“Walker debuted for the English national team in November 2011 and has been capped 93 times.
“For his time with the Rossoneri, Walker has chosen to wear shirt number 32.”
Milan will cover the 34-year-old’s £175,000-a-week wages for the duration of his spell at San Siro after he asked to leave Manchester City earlier this month.
He turned down a number of other offers and only decided to join Milan on the proviso they would give him a two-year deal if he impresses between now and the summer.
