Enough of the loan move, happy lookman finally got where to home for next 4yrs. Atalanta is a good team too.
Hopefully, Italian football will toughen him up physically and mentally.
He should not be shy to add new skills to his repertoire, like freekick taking for instance.
Go get it, boy.
Nigerian players should be playing for Inter Milan, AC Milan or Juventus at worst.Atalanta is below Lookman. Nigerian players aim too low.
You have a problem, even a Nigerian join real Madrid today you will say Nigerian players deserve to be playing in heaven that earth teams are below them
Lol
@Monkey Post Don’t mind them. Unless a Nigerian players move Real Madrid, Chelsea, Manchester City Juventus etc the move doesn’t make sense. Lol.
But @Ebudike, Atlanta is not a small team in Italy ho. Go and check their performance in the last two years. This is not a team that battle with relegation ho.
In recent times this year transfer happen to be the best for se team players in terms of transfer.
@Yinkus, Monkey Post and I will never be happy until Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona etc field only Nigerian players. Any Nigerian player that does not move to top 3 clubs in top 5 leagues is just wasting his time.
I hope you are performing at international level in your field and as one of the best in the world?
What matters most is being fielded in most of the matches and making impact in the team, not just belonging to a big team but not been used in the matches or not being in the first team. Atalanta is not a bad team. If he can be in the first team and always playing matches, what else.
Oga Atalanta is a good club compare to second division or Newly promoted club… Atalanta is a big club
We are talking about ATALANTA in Italy here! Not ATLANTA FC in Georgia, USA O! They finished among top half of the table last season (8th). It’s not bad for a player that was about to be released by his former club.
Are you talking about champions league quarter finalists about 2 seasons ago and consistent Champions League appearances for about 4 straight seasons and finishing 2nd in Seria A about 3 seasons ago a team that has about as much credentials as Tottenham Hotspurs that Atalanta first of all it is a great move for Ademola Lookman secondly why even try argue with people that makes no sense you de mind Ebube? abegy!!
Whether you like it or not, Monkey Post and I will never be happy with any Nigerian player who does not move to Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City or the likes.
@Ebubedike meant well for se players, but let us realistics a little bit. At least this year is a bit better in terms of transfer, alampasu got a club finally, nwakali got another club eventually common poeple you guys should celebrate them on jare. Lol
