Reports claim Derby are ready to pursue a deal for highly-rated Arsenal defender Krystian Bielik this summer. The Gunners signed Bielik from Legia Warsaw in January 2015 but he is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League.
He has earned experience over the past few seasons on loan with the likes of Birmingham, Walsall and Charlton and could be set for another stint away from the Emirates in 2019-20. Reports emerged earlier this week suggesting AC Milan were keen on taking the versatile 21-year-old to Italy this summer.
West Brom, Middlesbrough and Brentford have also been credited with an interest and Derby are ready to crash the party, according to reports.
New boss Phillip Cocu is keen to enhance his options and has reportedly urged the club to make a move for Bielik. Arsenal are expected to let Bielik, who still has two years left on his contract, depart on loan before assessing his long-term future next summer.
