Brazilian winger Douglas Costa has returned to reigning UEFA Champions League winners Bayern Munich on a season-long loan move from Juventus.
Bayern confirmed Costa’s return on their verified Twitter handle on Monday.
The Brazilian returns to Bavaria after a brief spell of two years from 2015 till 2017.
He was at first loaned to Juve for €6m and then sold in 2018 for €40m.
During his first spell at Bayern, Costa won two Bundesliga titles and one DFB Pokal.
Also on Monday, Bayern announced the signing of Cameroon international Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting from PSG.
The 31-year-old joins Bayern on a contract until June 30 2021.
Choupo-Moting was part of the PSG side that lost 1-0 to Bayern in the final of last season’s UEFA Champions League.
