Man no fit talk.I haven’t watched him play . So I can’t say whether he will end up like Onuachu that scored lots of Goals at Genk but is now fighting relegation at Southampton
Just because you have not watched his game made you compare him with Onuachu, Gift’s style of play is quite different from Onuachu. To the best of my knowledge Orban is a machine in front of goal at present
He is a combination of Alvarez of Mancity and Obafemi Martins!!! The only reason I was mad at someone was when he said he can play as 10. Orban has no creativity all he is born to do is score goal by any means so we’ll have him as supporting striker or heir to Victor Osimhen!!!
Stop that@Chima. It is reckless to conclude that Gift Orban doesn’t have “creativity”. Go back and watch his highlights well.
A player who is very comfortable with the ball on his feet even under pressure; he dribbled the ball past two defenders on a one-on-one basis, scores with both feet, can also score with precision using bicycle kick,…
Pls give it to him. Orban is highly efficient and effective both with his two feet, headed balls, pace, power, technique, tactics, stamina, free kick expert, etc.
Coachie pls invite this youngstar!… The earlier the better oooo!
Do you know what they call creativity??? No wonder we struggle when we play Ghana or Senegal….. Creativity and scoring goals are different mechanism that is why Mancity has Haaland and Kelvin…. One scores and the other creates…. Even Grealish is more of a creative player than scoring since coming to City…. The fact that Orban can dribble should add to his value as NO9 and not calling for him to be a creative midfielder. A lot of you are worse than Bosso and Salisu if given a coaching job!!!
@Chima, I never said Orban was qualified or not to play as a play maker. I’m only saying for an attacker with such potentials and fair share of creativity, he is relatively better than most of our current hottest SE strikers in terms of creativity but Iheanacho. Orban shoots with both feet, versatile in frontline positions, high technicality in scoring goals etc…
Osimhen should only have an edge in aerial balls and experience. Gift Orban is very good pls.
However, SE really need creative, mobile and versatile midfielders in the mold of Modric, Debrune, Mikel, Okocha, Kante, etc..
See, we have them, the coaching crew should fish them out. We need very good midfielders to compliment the attack.
Kvaratskhelia selfish tonight otherwise our Osimhen would have put the ball at the back of the net
Guys let’s be honest how did this guy clock this age without playing for any of our junior teams??? This guy is the most clinical striker we have today in Nigeria, He score left right and comes from behind to steal shots and scores. I thought AKP was overhyping not until I watched him live in European competition in other to Judge him well. He reminds me of Obafemi Martins but he’s more clinical and Nigeria must cap him before Togo steal him from us. NFF egunje United be warned!!!
He will most likely choose Nigeria over Togo because both of his parents are Nigerians and SE has more name and pedigree than togo
Favouritism over talent, one of the big problems of Nigeria,
TELLA SCORED ANOTHER HAT TRICK TODAY. MEN SEEMS NIGERIA HAS THE HOTTEST STRIKER IN THE WORLD OF TODAY
Hottest strikers indeed without a midfield!Wish some of these attackers are midfielders
GreenTea wan kill me…. But you’re actually right because were are the Partey and Modric of Nigeria that will dictate play for strikers to flourish??? But I doubt if we don’t have midfielders, NFF has refused to call Onyedika again neither have they given Alhassan any chance or Nwobodo until we let the coach have a free hand we might be deceiving ourselves by allowing NFF to continue having slots in the team alongside DW!!!
Fastest hatrick in European football history…… Another record broken by young Orban…….I don’t think he will play for Togo which is his adopted country because Togo doesn’t have a national team that has pedigree as SE…….But we still need to integrate this lad into our team ASAP.
I am rarely wrong with my analysis, i didn’t need to watch much to get convinced by this guy, i was hearing his name and i was like “another kalu or better, moses simon”. Then i forced myself to watch some of his goals, we have a gem, when his leg connects with the ball you can see authority, power, accuracy, technique, neatness, finesse, he knows what he’s doing when he hits the ball, its like he’s programmed to think really quick and executive he thoughts really quick.
Please can we confirm that this lad is really 20,
because we have to enjoy this lad for a very long time, scoring 4 goals then following it up with another 3 in 3 mins is world class level or potential no matter the league you’re in
Gift Orban is a rare talent and goalscoring machine. Coach Peseiro and NFF technical committee head -Eguavoen. Over to you both. Please extend invitations to him and Victor Boniface to compliment Victor Osihmen if things are to be done on merit. Thanks
I don’t think we can ignore anymore. This guys has been consistent. Peseiro oya do the needful
