U-23 Eagles captain, Azubuike Okechukwu and his Istanbul Basaksehir teammates will face Sporting Lisbon of Portugal.
The first legs of the ties are due to take place on Thursday, February 20 with the unseeded teams at home.
The second legs will then take place at the home of the seeded teams the following week on Thursday, February 27.
Kick-off times for matches will be confirmed at a later date now the draw has been confirmed, being split between 5:55pm and 8pm kick-off times (UK time).
