Clement would love to keep Dessers at the Ibrox, but is aware the club could sell if the offer is right.
“Yes, we have talked about that. Or they need to come in with a lot of money,” the Belgian said when asked if Dessers would be for sale or not.
“We are not a club that can say not to everything but it’s clear that Cyriel is taking the right steps and is more and more important and decisive in our games. That is what we want, players that are ambitious and have the desire to become better. So, he is somebody who is eager to become better.”
The former Feyenoord player netted a brace in Rangers’ 6-0 rout of Ross County on Saturday.
The forward has now scored five goals in six games across all competitions for the Gers this season.
