Manchester City have been boosted by the news Sergio Aguero is fit and ready to face Tottenham in the Champions League tonight.
Aguero has handed boss Pep Guardiola a massive fitness boost having returned to training ahead of the all-England clash, especially after City laboured to a 1-0 win over Brighton without him in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday.
The Argentina ace has fired home 29 goals this season, including five in the Champions League, and could be pivotal to City’s chances this evening.
Meanwhile, former Spurs full-back Kyle Walker is also expected to be available for the quarter-final first-leg clash despite going off injured against Brighton.

Benjamin Mendy is fit and available should Guardiola decide to call on the defender at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Guardiola was not happy with the performance at the weekend and is hoping for a better show tonight. “I don’t know how fresh we are in our legs and in our minds,” said Guardiola. “In the FA Cup we could have been better.”
