Manchester City duo Matt Smith and Jack Harrison are expected to seal loan moves to Leeds and QPR this summer. Both City players are tipped to drop down to the Championship to get regular first-team action in 2019-20 and it’s thought the deals, which would see Harrison return to Leeds on another season-long loan and Smith make the move to Rangers, are close to being agreed with all parties.

Winger Harrison impressed with Marcelo Bielsa’s squad at Leeds last season, making 37 appearances and scoring four times, and is keen for another year in West Yorkshire where he will try to help the club secure promotion up to the Premier League after they made it to the play-offs last term.
Smith, meanwhile, is expected to make a temporary switch to Loftus Road after doing well out on loan with Dutch side FC Twente last season, making 34 appearances and scoring twice from midfield.
