Manchester City have strongly denied reports Pep Guardiola has secretly agreed a deal to manage Juventus from next season.
Guardiola signed an extension to his City contract only last May, so there was an element of skepticism when an Italian reporter claimed the ex-Barca chief was ready to jump ship to Turin.
Journalist Luigi Guelpa – the man who first broke news of Cristiano Ronaldo’s transfer to Juve from Real Madrid last summer – stated the same source he used for that story told him Guardiola had verbally agreed a four-year deal with the Old Lady.

“I’ve learned that Pep Guardiola already has reached a verbal agreement with Juventus for the next four years,”Guelpa told Radio CRC. “It’s the same person who told me that Ronaldo was going to Juventus.” But City have denied the report.
