Reports claim Manchester City are considering making a move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Rodri next summer.
Pep Guardiola has assembled an impressive squad at the Etihad Stadium but he is looking to ensure they can maintain their dominance.
With that in mind, the Spaniard is keen to find a long-term successor to 33-year-old Fernandinho and Rodri is reportedly being lined up.
The 22-year-old has featured 37 times for Atleti across all competitions this term after signing from Villarreal last summer.
