Nigeria winger Samuel Chukwueze has put behind him Tuesday’s 4-4 home draw against Barcelona and has set his sights on Villarreal’s next LaLiga clash against Real Betis, Completesports.com reports.
Chukwueze scored and provided an assist in the thrilling encounter against the champions at the Estadio de la Cerámica.
Philipe Coutinho opened scoring for Barcelona in the 12th minute, while Brazilian winger Malcom doubled the visitors’ advantage four minutes later.
Chukwueze led the Villarreal fightback when he reduced the deficit in the 23rd minute and provided the assist for Toko Ekambi equaliser five minutes after the break.
Vicente Iborra put Villarreal ahead for the first time in the game two minutes after the hour mark, while Carlos Bacca netted the fourth 10 minutes from time.
Barcelona rallied back with two late goals from Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

The 19-year-old has now scored four goals in 19 league appearances for the Yellow Submarines this season.
Javi Calleja’s men will face Real Betis in their next league game on Sunday.
