Nigerian speedster, Samuel Chukwueze has expressed his belief that Villareal are getting closer to playing in the UEFA Champions League and also hailed their great away win against Getafe on Wednesday, Completesports.com reports.
Chukwueze was in the starting line-up when Villareal defeated compatriot, Oghenekaro Etebo’s Getafe 3-1 in a Laliga Santander match.
The Super Eagles attacking ace was on the field of play for 52 minutes before coming off for substitute Moi Gomez in the league encounter which took place at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez.
Former Arsenal midfielder, Santi Cazorla, kept Villarreal dream of taking part in the UEFA Champions League next season alive by netting twice in the victory against host team, Getafe.

21-year-old Chukwueze who has three goals and four assists in 34 Spanish top-flight matches for Villareal this season posted on Instagram: “Great win yesterday from the team, we are close.”
Villarreal will host Real Sociedad in their next Laliga match on Monday, July 13.
