Samuel Chukwueze claimed team spirit and togetherness played a crucial role in AC Milan’s hard-earned home win against Udinese.
Paulo Fonseca’s side defeated the Zebras 1-0 at the San Siro on Saturday night.
Chukwueze scored the winning goal for the Rooseneri in the 13th minute.
It was the Nigeria international’s first goal of the season and his maiden strike for AC Milan at the San Siro.

The hosts played majority of the game with 10-men after Tijjani Reijnders received a straight red card for a foul on Sandi Lovric in the 29th minute.
“It was very nice. It was a good game for the team,” said the Nigerian winger after the game.
“We defended well, and the team spirit was good. We needed this win. Now, we focus on Tuesday’s game.”
“It’s a very good feeling to score and win this game. I think it’s very important for us, the coach, and our confidence, so we need to push for more targets.”
