Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka has reiterated that he’s ready to play any position under manager Enzo Maresca.
Chukwuemaka stated this in an interview with the club’s official website, where he stated that the players are gradually adapting to Maresca’s style of play.
Recall that the Blues will face Celtic later tonight in a preseason friendly game at the Notre Dame Stadium.
However, Chukwuemeka said that he’s ready to adapt to any position in the team.

“I’m more used to being on the left side, but it is good play in different areas of the pitch.
“We’ve worked on the new shape in the first couple of weeks, so it will take some time to adapt to it all, but the coach (Enzo Maresca) saw the ideas on the pitch, and we worked well together.
“So now it’s a case of building on that across the matches to come.”
