Chelsea have told Real Madrid they cannot pay a penny less than £98.5million if they want to sign Eden Hazard, reports claim.
The Blues could be ready to cash in on Hazard after boss Maurizio Sarri said he only wants players who are happy to be in his side and are not looking to move elsewhere.

There is a huge question mark over whether Sarri will remain at Chelsea beyond the end of this season, and the same can be said of Hazard, who is a top Real target.
The Belgium international is showing no sign of penning a new deal that would take him beyond 2020 at Stamford Bridge, and that could result in him moving on.
Chelsea may be willing to back down and sell but they will not let him go if Real do not match their valuation, which stands just below the £100million mark which had been previously touted.
The ball is now in Real’s court, but reports are claiming they will be willing to match it as Hazard is a top target for returning boss Zinedine Zidane.
