The Blues have already offloaded £50million worth of players, but they are planning to sell even more.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have been linked with a £40m bid for striker Tammy Abraham.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a Stamford Bridge exit for a while having fallen out of favour under Thomas Tuchel.
Simon Jordan reckons Arsenal should steer clear of signing Abraham judging by their business with the Blues in the past.
“Those are players who in their right mind would never think were fit for purpose at Arsenal,” he told talkSPORT on Thursday.
“It’s not so much a reputational thing it’s when you’re going up against your competition and your competition are saying: ‘This player ain’t good enough for me, but he’s good enough for you!’
“How does that work then? It’s universally accepting – and when I say accepting, I mean everyone excluding Kia Joorabchian – would think that the transactions that happened for Willian and David Luiz were just bad business and bad thinking.”
