Chelsea could be ready to cash in on talented defender Trevoh Chalobah before the window closes, with Huddersfield Town said to be in the hunt. Blues boss Frank Lampard is currently making decisions on a number of young stars, with some already leaving the club on loan to get more action, and Chalobah is next in line.

The 20-year-old impressed while on loan with Ipswich Town last season despite the fact they were relegated to League One, and there is a chance he could be loaned out again. However, reports have also claimed a permanent deal cannot be ruled out either, with Huddersfield said to be weighing up a cash offer for the player.
The Terriers are looking to make an immediate return to the Premier League following relegation and have the cash needed to fund a deal for the Chelsea star. Lampard now has a decision to make over whether Chalobah still has a future at Stamford Bridge or would be better off pursuing a career elsewhere.
