i understand the man (Chelle) accepted the contract but i feel the NFF should at least shoulder some of the expenses of the new super eagles coach assistants. I mean it just feels exploitive to hear the coach will pick their expenses from the salary he is earning
@$50k monthly? How much of our local coaches earn close to that?
You’ve started singing this negative song, comparing apples to guavas. Carry on. This is a free world.
One way to make it really worthwhile for Chelle and his crew is to promise them a percentage of the world cup participation pay out. If we qualify and receive like $40m, we can give Chelle and his crew 5% of that money, which is $2m. Knowing that they stand to receive that kind of windfall will further motivate them to get the job done. I know how hard I would work if I knew that I stood to gain that much if we qualified! Hahahaha!
Hmmm… Added commission-based financial incentive. This makes sense.
Money is always a big motivator for performance. NFF may want to consider this and pledge to keep it.
As a patriotic Nigerian
I wish the New coach well, even though I am not satisfied with NFF choice
Let him just prove us wrong then the love for him by all Nigerians will flow.. At least he has his own assistants. We should have been allowed to have an indigenous coach but we move.
