Aribo netted the winning goal deep into stoppage time pouncing from a corner to to fire the ball into the net.
The 27-year-old has now scored three goals in 24 league appearances for the Saints this season.
The win boosted Southampton’s promotion bid.
The club currently occupy fourth position on the table with 70 points from 35 games.
