Edo Queens coach Moses Aduku has admitted that his team needs to improve on their goal conversion as they get set to face TP Mazembe.
The Nigerian women’s league champions will take on the Congolese team in the semi-finals of the CAF Women’s Champions League on Tuesday.
In their final Group B clash with two-time Champions League winners Mamelodi Sundowns, Edo Queens bagged two goals in stoppage time to win 2-1 and progress into the semi-finals.
As his team prepares for Tuesday’s semi-final fixture, Aduku said:“One more game to the final; it won’t be easy, and we are going to go into our plans for the next game. It will be tough.
“Honestly, we need to work on our goal conversion. Clear-cut chances that we should have scored; we will work to improve on that.”
Edo Queens progressed to the last four alongside fellow debutant FC Masar of Egypt.
