Brown Ideye was on target as Enyimba claimed a 4-1 victory over Mozambique’s Black Bulls in their CAF Confederation Cup clash in Uyo on Sunday.
The win was Stanley Eguma’s side first in the competition this season.
The People’s Elephant took the lead after six minutes through Joseph Atule .
Ejaita Ifoni however equalised for the visitors six minutes later.
Ifeanyi Ihemekwele restored the home team’s lead on 45 minutes.
Ideye increased Enyimba’s lead in the 68th minute, dribbling past Black Bulls goalkeeper before slotting the ball home.
Atule got his second of the game on the dot of 90 minutes.
Enyimba are now third on the Group D table with four points from four matches.
The Aba giants will host Al Masry of Egypt in their next game in the competition next week Sunday.
