The People’s Elephant lost 2-0 away to Egyptian club, Al Masry on matchday one.
Another defeat could put paid to their ambition of earning a berth in the quarter-finals.
Zamalek on the other hand will be out to build on their 2-0 home win against Black Bulls of Mozambique.

Enyimba were held to a 0-0 draw by Rangers in a Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) game on Tuesday.
Head coach Yemi Olanrewaju was happy with his side’s performance heading into the clash with Zamalek.
“With what happened today and our performance in Egypt against Al Masry, you saw the players’ efforts. I think we’re in good shape to go into that game,” he told Completesports.com.
“What happened here against Rangers will not drain us. Instead, we’ll put ourselves in a strong mentality heading into the game on Sunday against Zamalek.
“We just have to put this game behind us and focus on the next one.”
