The Confederation of African Football has appointed Congolese referee Messie Jessie Oved Nkounkou Mvoutou for the CAF Confederation Cup clash between Dreams FC of Ghana and Rivers United.
Mvoutou will be assisted by fellow countrymen Styven Danek Styven Moutsassi Moyo (Assistant Referee 1) and Malondi Chany Yanes (Assistant Referee II).
Another Congolese, Pierre Jean Nguiene will serve as fourth Official, while Liberia’s Ivan Gartor will serve as match commissioner.

Ebou Faye from Benin Republic will be the referee assessor.
The match is billed for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday.
Rivers United top Group C with three points following the 3-0 victory against Angola’s Academica do Lobito in Uyo last weekend.
