Nigerian champions Rangers claimed a 1-0 away win against US Zilimadjou in the first leg of their CAF Champions League preliminary round clash on Sunday.
It was the first game between clubs from Nigeria and Comoros.
Frank Uwumiro scored the winning goal in the 22nd minute.

The home team wasted a number of good scoring opportunities afterwards.
US Zilimadjou goalkeeper was also in fine form denying Rangers a number of times.
The reverse fixture will hold next week Sunday at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
