Super Eagles winger Nethan Tella was in action as Bayer Leverkusen played out a goalless draw against Bayern Munich in Saturday’s Bundesliga game.
The Nigerian international, who was making his 18th appearance, has netted one goal and bagged two assists this ongoing season for Leverkusen.
Tella could have been the hero of the game, as he had several goal-scoring opportunities that only crashed into the bar and could have also given the host victory.

He was later substituted in the 85th minute for Amine Adli after an impressive display.
His Nigerian comaptiot, Victor Boniface was left on the bench for the entire 90 minutes.
The draw means Leverkusen remain second on 47 points while Bayern Munich sit top of the league table on 55 point
