Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that Armando Broja needs to build his confidence after making his first return to action against Aston Villa.
The centre forward has been absent with a long-term injury for the past nine to ten months.
Broja, who came on as a substitute in a 1-0 loss to Aston Villa at the weekend, will give the Blues more options in attack moving forward.

Post-game, Pochettino stated: “It was good to see Broja again after nine or 10 months. Also I think because it gives us the possibility to have different options, and those possibilities are good for the team. But he needs to build his confidence also.
“It’s about learning, it’s all the process. We are a young team in a process that they need to learn all together. It’s difficult to talk about positives when you lose, but we need to talk about positive things, we need to keep the positive things.
“No doubt in time I think the team is going to perform, but of course now we cannot hide the situation. It’s a situation that hurts all the fans, the club, us and the players.
Broja was eligible to play for England through his place of birth, and for Albania through his Albanian parents. In early 2019, he declined an invitation by the England under-21 team as his desire was to play only for Albania.
