Football Insider are reporting that the former Manchester City stopper has been offered a long-term deal by Die Alte Dame and is on the verge of agreeing to move to the Olympiastadion.
The 28-year-old is currently out of action due to a hamstring injury and Lennon has indicted that he will probably not be seen against this campaign, meaning the powerful centre-back has most likely played his last game for the Hoops. The Brussells-born ace has made 135 appearances for the Celts but it seems as though he will ply his trade in Germany next term.
