Victor Boniface has won the Bundesliga Rookie of Month award for September, reports Completesports.com.
Boniface’s Bundesliga club, Bayer Leverkusen made the announcement on the X platform.
The Nigeria international also scooped the award last month.
The 22-year-old beat RB Leipzig’s Xavi Simons and Maximilian Beier of Hoffenheim to the award.

Boniface scored four goals and provided one assist for Bayer Leverkusen in September.
The forward bagged braces in both the 4-1 win over Darmstadt and 5-1 victory against Heidenheim.
The Bodo/Glimt striker also provided an assist for Jonas Hofmann in the win against Darmstadt.
He is also in line to win a second straight Bundesliga Player of the Month for September.
Boniface joined Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian Pro League outfit Union St. Gilloise this summer.
