Victor Boniface and Nathan Tella were in action for Bayer Leverkusen who were forced to a 1-1 draw by Bochum in Saturday’s Bundesliga game.
Tella was brought on in the 64th minute while Boniface came on in with 13 minutes left to play.
The draw means Leverkusen have now gone three straight games without a win (drawing two and losing one).
Patrik Schick opened the scoring in the 18th minute but in the 89th minute Koji Miyoshi equalised for Bochum.
The game was Boniface’s ninth in the Bundesliga this season with six goals while Tella made his sixth league appearance but is yet to score.
The draw leaves Leverkusen in fourth place on 17 points, and the Bundesliga champions are nine points behind league leaders Bayern Munich.
Bayern secured a 1-0 win away to St Pauli thanks to Jamal Musiala’s 22nd minute goal.
