Victor Boniface has expressed his preference for German and Spanish football, reports Completesports.com.
The Nigeria international was recently linked with a move to Premier League giants Chelsea.
Boniface is however not thinking of playing in the English top-flight, stating that his preference is German and Spanish League.

“I did an interview before; I’m not saying it because I’m at this level; I’ve been saying it before I even had an international passport or before coming to Europe that I don’t really like the Premier League. I prefer German and Spanish football,” he told Sporty TV.
“I’m not saying if a top team come for me, I won’t go, but if you ask me the two countries I’d love to live and play in, it’s Germany and Spain.”
Boniface joined Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen from Belgian Pro League outfit Union Saint-Gillloise two years ago.
He has registered four goals and one assist in six appearances across all competitions for Die Werkself this season.

Smart thing he said. This is a rare occurrence for a Nigerian to say they dont like the premier league. He probably knows his career will take a drop. When he was succeeding early in his career with bayer I seen reports of spurs wanted him and now chelsea was interested in him. Boniface is ahead of the game. He is built different and might have a successful career.
Watch other commentators say his style of football will not have succeeded in premier league downplaying his talent because he rejects the premier league.
