Kevin-Prince Boateng has admitted it is a dream come true after completing a shock loan move to Barcelona. The La Liga giants have reached an agreement with Italian side Sassuolo for the temporary switch, and have the option to sign Boateng for a £7.1million fee in the summer.
Boateng, the former Tottenham and Portsmouth midfielder, will be presented at the Nou Camp later on today.

The 31-year-old joined Sassuolo on a free transfer last summer, and has steadily impressed for the Serie A side, scoring four goals in 13 league appearances. “I’m very happy. It’s a big honour to be here and have the possibility to play for this great club,” Boateng told Barca TV. “For every kid who starts to play football I think it is a dream to play for a club like Barcelona, so for every player and especially for me it’s a big dream come true.”
