Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder has added his name to the list of managers wanting to sign Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter. The 29-year-old midfielder spent last season with Cardiff and, despite their relegation from the top flight, they are keen to take him back again, but there is other interest.

As well as the Blades, both Fulham and Stoke City are also said to be keen on the player and, with that in mind, Bournemouth are looking for a permanent move, and a fee in the region of £8million, rather than any loan deal.
Wilder has spent the summer adding to his squad and is putting the final touches to his recruitment as they prepare for the Premier League. Adding the combative Arter to his ranks would increase the top-flight experiance in his side and he has the advantage of Premier League football to offer – unlike the other interested parties.
