Maduka Okoye has been dropped from Udinese’s list of registered players following an alleged betting irregularities.
Okoye is under investigation for betting on his own yellow card in a Serie A clash involving Udinese and Lazio last March.
The Nigeria international was booked for time-wasting in the 64th minute of the encounter.

No smoke without fire and the howlers should also be checked. Bad time for Egungu…..
These boys need proper mentoring to advise them so they don’t make mistakes. His career was improving but this issue is bad. If this is true, then greed must be addressed. How can you have so much money and bet carelessly. It is definitely going to be bad for Okoye if he is banned from all football activities for some time.
Hmmmmmm Dr drey where are you.
Drey, deo, 9jarealist, Jimmyball, Big D, Collins ID, Father JP, and others I can’t really recall atm. Even my friend yaboah, Hehehehe.
Shuma, Monkeypost, etc. I guess they really got something to do outside of the website. This place was starting to become a nuisance, especially with bot like behavior. Especially with yaboah, couldnt even type correctly
Okoye really needs to keep his head straight. It doesn’t look like he’s in a good place mentally and psychologically.
His wife recently accused him of domestic abuse. When he keeps the post for Nigeria, it never looks like his heart is in it, nor does he care about an international career. Now, a match-fixing allegation that could potentially end both his club and international career.
