Brighton will be without full-back Bernardo for Saturday’s tough home clash with Premier League leaders Liverpool.
The Brazilian has a hamstring injury and has been ruled out of the game by boss Chris Hughton.
Albion are also without Alireza Jahanbakhsh, who is away with Iran at the Asian Cup, while Jose Izquierdo is unavailable as he has a knee injury.

Hughton says Izquierdo is progressing well as he looks to return to action as soon as possible but the visit of the Reds this weekend comes too soon for him.
The Brighton boss told reporters: “Bernardo will miss the game, and apart from Jahanbakhsh and Izquierdo, there are no other fresh injuries.
“We’re delighted with (Izquierdo’s) progress but the decision we’ve made is to take it slower to make sure we have no problems with it.
“He’s coming along nicely – he’ll miss the weekend but we want to get him back as quickly as possible.”
