I do hope he replicates his blazing form for Super Eagles.
Dear Dr Drey and other forum items, could you kindly provide updates on Reading’s Olise?
*other forumites*
Olise has headache so he will be unable to make the team. The last time it was passport!
The honest truth about Olise that the NFF is not telling Nigerians is that Olise want to use the Nigerian interest in his service to fast track his call to the French national team.It did not happened as expected, even the Algerian purported interest was stirred up by his agent to demonstrate to the French that he is hot demand for them to act fast, it did not happen .
Now , Bayern Munich interest in him is making him play games with us as his advisers feels if he does well with Bayern, the more the likelihood of the french coming for him.He has not even played an official match for the french youth team yet .
But dude is smart as he does not want to miss out on both ends hence he is keeping Nigeria in the loop.
Nigeria will not wait for him, that was why Abraham, the Portuguese based player was called.
Mark my words, if Eze miss out on the Euros later this year( which is looking very likely given the abundance of talent available to southgate in that position) He will make a uturn on playing for Nigeria
…well said, but the Marcus Abraham guy is not a midfielder (like-for-like replacement) now
Olise has made up his mind to play for Nigeria already…Our problem is NFF…..NFF is the laziest federation you can ever see….If it’s not where they can syphon funds then they will be as slow as snail….All Olise needs now is a passport and it will be sorted out sooner than later
