Bayern Munich could be set to end their interest in winger Callum Hudson-Odoi after he was ruled out for six months.
The 18-year-old Chelsea starlet suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon in Monday’s 2-2 draw with Burnley and has since undergone an operation before the lengthy rehabilitation begins.
It means he will miss Chelsea’s remaining fixtures as they bid to secure a top-four spot and also win the Europa League.
He will also miss England’s Nations League finals this summer after making his Three Lions debut last month.

Hudson-Odoi, a product of Chelsea’s academy system, made 28 appearances and scored five goals in his breakthrough season, form which led to Bayern trying to sign him.
The Bavarians failed with a £35million offer in the January transfer window and were expected to make another attempt to land him during the close season.
However, the injury has forced them into a re-think and reports claim they will now switch transfer targets.
