What is happening to all the player switch we heard about? Lookman, Ejaria, Sheyi Ojo? Lol… the last we heard was that the switch are all through and processed but even then our Coach said it’s not true… where do we stand with all these at the moment? Danjuma Arnaut is still there, Dominic Solanke is still there… Tomori is still there… Mikky Olise has not ruled us out… What is our position with these guys at the moment? Now… here above we have this news that has been building up in the media for Sheyi Ojo linked to Leverkusen now… we won’t push until the move materializes and begins to perform and England starts taking note and Southgate will spring into action and begin to confuse them again… Three players I closely like to believe offer something similar to Chukwueze are Bobby Adekanye, Sheyi Ojo and Noni Madueke… There is still Joshua zirkzee who with the emergence of Jamil Musiala was relegated at Bayern Munich and an eventual loan move to Parma was blighted by injury woes… NIGERIA has plethora of talents to actually press and convince for the Super Eagles but will the NFF ever actually begin help Nigeria win with these talents by appropriately putting its house in order and rebrand their management style to creating a new likeable aura of transparency, pragmatism and professionalism? It remains to be seen… Sad thing is, we will have friendlies and go on complaining without really knowing what to do with these friendlies… We should be testing players who are trying to identifying with us and good fringe players lurking all over decent leagues but we always play friendlies with a usual squad with nothing really being achieved in the end… Toh! We dey God hand!
When your NFF are busy looking for local boys that will execute another friendly.
Did you even think nff are truly serious about these players switching process?
What is NFF priority for now? Home base team.
Bros, it’s been reported that the Super Eagles have not been paid match bonuses in the last two years. Now if this is true, why would any young player be tempted by the prospect of playing in such a system?
Now would be a great time to approach Josh Zirkzee, who was snubbed by the Dutch for the Euros. He would be an exciting prospect, if he wishes to don our jersey.
Seyi Ojo experienced a dip in form at Rangers, and was not a Gerrard favorite. Gerrard preferred to move Aribo to the right wing instead of Ojo. Perhaps Ojo’s form is on the upswing. He ca be a really good player if in form.
I was really impressed with Calvin Bassey’s performance against Arsenal last Saturday. That guy would be a great back up for Sanusi. NFF really need to be up and doing about these players that want to switch to Nigeria. The delay is becoming more and more difficult to understand!
