Barcelona are planning a pre-contract offer for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho in January.
Sport says after meeting with Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos, last month, Barca are now drawing up a proposal for the Italy midfielder’s consideration.

Jorginho comes off contract at Chelsea in June.
During their October summit, Santos relayed to Barca chief Mateu Alemany that Jorginho was keen on a move to the Nou Camp.
As such, the Catalans have been putting together a package to table to the player over the New Year.
