Nigeria midfielder Babatunde Micheal scored one and provided an assist as Wydad Casablanca battled their hosts Kawkab Marrakech to a 3-3 draw in their Botola Professional League clash at the Stade de Marrakech on Sunday, reports Completesports.com.
Micheal, a member of the Super Eagles squad to the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil opened scoring for Wydad Casablanca in the first minute of the encounter.
The goal by the talented forward was the fastest in the Botola League this season.
Micheal increased his league goal tally to eight and 14 in all competitions for Wydad Casablanca this season.
The 25 year-old Nigerian international also provided an assist for Wyday’s second goal in the encounter.
Wydad Casablanca claimed the league Moroccan League title last Tuesday following a 4-1 home win against Khouribga.
Former Home-based Super Eagles forward Gabriel Okechukwu is also part of the Wydad Casablanca team.
