Aston Villa have reached verbal agreement with relegated Luton Town to sign Ross Barkley.
This is according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist reported that the fee will be around £5m.
He added that the final part needed, medical tests and player’s formal signature — agreement on player side is expected at the beginning of July.
Barkley scored five goals, provided four assists in 32 appearances in the Premier League last season.
