Premier League giants Arsenal have submitted an improved their offer to Chido Obi-Martin to keep him at the club.
This was disclosed by Fabrizio Romano on his X handle on Wednesday.
The transfer expert stated that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is also pushing for Obi-Martin to stay.
He added that no agreement yet, as the 16-year-old striker is still exploring bids from FC Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and others before deciding.
Obi Martin hit the headlines in November 2023 while representing the Gunners’ U-16s, when he scored a 10 goals in one game against Liverpool’s youth team.

Further multiple-goal hauls included a five-goal feat against West Ham United, while he also scored four against Crystal Palace and Fulham and netted hat-tricks against Chelsea and Southampton.
His prolific exploits in front of goal have not been limited to just club level, as he has 11 goals from 18 matches for Denmark at U-17 level, netting twice in their run to the semi-finals of this year’s European Championships.
He was named in the Team of the Tournament for the U-17 Euros, but his long-term future remains the topic of much uncertainty, as he cannot sign professional terms with the Gunners until he turns 17 in November.
