Joe Aribo and Leon Balogun got good ratings for their performances, following Rangers’ thrilling 4-3 win at Royal Antwerp in the Europa League round of 32 tie on Thursday.
Aribo opened the scoring for Rangers while Balogun was introduced in the 25th minute due to injury to the skipper James Tavernier.
And according to the ratings compiled by dailyrecord.co.uk, Aribo got seven out of 10 with Balogun awarded six.
Commenting on Aribo’s performance the English publication wrote:”The cool composed finish for the opener summed up the attacker’s display.
“He’s made the seamless step up to European level and this was another assured performance with a lot of selfless work defending after the Tavernier injury.”
And for Balogun:”A steady presence to settle the Gers backline after the loss of the captain.”

Nice to see Aribo score again on the big stage. We need more goals from our midfielders in the Super Eagles, and aribo has shown he can score from his mf position same goes for iwobi.
Leon got some game time and did well. Barring no injuries, I can see both of them being invited for the games in match. Both look like Sure starters as well.
