Cypriot club, Anorthosis Famagusta, have announced the arrival of Nigeria goalkeeper, Francis Uzoho on a six-month loan deal from Spanish LaLiga side, Deportivo La Coruna, reports Completesports.com.
“Anorthosis Famagusta, announced the acquisition of Francis Uzoho. The 20-year-old Nigeria international goalkeeper was signed on loan from the Deportivo La Coruña until the end of the season,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.
Uzoho, 20, spent the first half of the season on loan at the Spanish Segunda B side, Elche where he made just seven league appearances before the latest loan switch to Anorthosis Famagusta.

He only renewed his contract for three seasons with Deportivo La Coruna last August after impressing with the B team.
Uzoho who was the Super Eagles first choice goalkeeper at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia has been capped 13 times by Nigeria.
He is expected to be in goal for Nigeria at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
