Everton manager Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed Alex Iwobi is fit for their Premier League game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Monday, reports Competesports.com.
The winger was not involved in Monday night’s 1-1 home draw against Crystal Palace due to injury.
The Nigeria international has featured regularly for the Toffees this season with one goal in 25 league appearances.

‘Gomes will not be available for Brighton Allan is being checked, he trained normally this morning. Iwobi is back, Pickford is not 100% and won’t be risked,” Ancelotti told a news conference on Friday.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men are fighting for a European place and sit eighth in the Premier League table, five points behind West Ham in fourth place, with a game in hand.
Everton will be looking to bounce back after a frustrating 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace at Goodison Park on Monday, and face a Brighton side fighting to stay out of relegation trouble.

My thoughts as well @Olu. What injury did he sustain after 2 training sessions on return that made him miss out on match day squad but back to fitness in a week time? Me thinks Everton played safe by insisting on him quarantine for 7 days on return and repeat the covid test thereafter before allowing him to train with the team. They simply do not believe the covid result done in Nigeria.
So which of the report is correct? Nigeria or Benin?
Do you think he will be allowed into England if he was actually positive. Even picnic had to press some buttons before he could be allowed into Nigeria. I think everton deemed it important to observe every necessary measure, at least clear every doubt.
