Former Nigerian international Emmanuel Amuneke has lauded the decision of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen not to leave Galatasaray in the January transfer window.
Recall that Osimhen joined the Turkish giant from Napoli last summer and has had a massive impact with the team.
In a chat with Africa Foot, Amuneke stated that the former Lille striker has thrived since his arrival at the club.

“I think he made the right decision to stay at Galatasaray during the winter transfer window and not rush into transfers, despite multiple interests,” the 54-year-old stated.
“He has been massively welcomed and appreciated in Turkey, and it is only important that he thanks them with gratitude. He was able to regain his full potential, and all this is due to the fact that he was given a chance when he quarreled with the people of Naples,” Amunike added.

Top comment Amuneke. Following your exploits with Heartland I hope Remo Stars recognises and inject you to manage their sophisticated sporting facility.
If you like stay in Galastasaray until the end of 2027, I don’t care. Just continue scoring goals to qualify us for the world cup. Life is hard in this country. Unemployment is the order of the day. Inflation is hopelessly high. People are struggling to make ends meet. Graduates are becoming bus conductors to put food on the table. Going to the world cup will be a welcome distraction from the suffering of every day life in this pre-failed state.
Always writing nonsense, what has the headline got to do with this senseless utterance??? You’re classless and has no manners, let him come and score to eradicate your suffering shameless village nigga who doesn’t know how to talk or joke.
I agree with Amuneke that osimhen should remain at galatasary until the end of the season because he is doing so well at the moment .
