Amiens are expected to sign midfielder Eddy Gnahore on a permanent deal from Palermo this summer. Reports in France say the Ligue 1 side have half activated a 3million euros option to purchase the midfielder from the Italian outfit at the end of the current campaign.

The move is expected to go through as half the terms needed for the transfer to be activated have now passed – namely Gnahore playing in sufficient games for Amiens in the top flight – while they just now need to avoid relegation for the transfer to be confirmed.
That appears likely as they sit eight points clear of the dropzone after the 2-2 home draw against St Etienne on Saturday, when Gnahore assisted the first goal. Gnahore is expected to follow attacking midfielder Jayson Papeau to Amiens when the transfer window opens after they recently completed a deal to sign the highly-rated player from French fourth division side Sainte-Genevieve on a three-year deal.
