Barcelona ace Jordi Alba says the achievement of reaching a sixth consecutive Copa del Ray final should not be sniffed at.
Barca have a chance to lift the trophy for the fifth consecutive season after overcoming Real Madrid 3-1 in the capital on Wednesday night.

Defender Alba was delighted with the win and dismissed suggestions the home side are more concerned with their progress in the Champions League.
“We have given value to the Copa,” he told Marca. “Real Madrid wanted it, many people were focusing before the game to liven it up.
“The excuse that it’s an insignificant trophy doesn’t cut it. We have suffered. In general, we’ve been good.”
